1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the LetsPark (A product of Sambhav Innovative Ventures Private Limited ) mobile app (the “App”) or LetsPark web app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”). In this Agreement, LetsPark refers to LetsPark (A product of Sambhav Innovative Ventures Private Limited (SIVPL)), and “we,” “us,” or “our.” You, the user, will be referenced as “you”. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. By accessing or using any part of the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the App or use any services.

2. Use of the App
The service provided by LetsPark(A product of Sambhav Innovative Ventures Private Limited ) is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Users may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may they, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in their jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Modification of Terms
LetsPark(A product of Sambhav Innovative Ventures Private Limited ) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the App is the intellectual property of LetsPark(A product of Sambhav Innovative Ventures Private Limited ) and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the App, use of the App, or access to the App or any contact on the App through which the service is provided, without express written permission by LetsPark.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall LetsPark(A product of Sambhav Innovative Ventures Private Limited ), its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
